GTEK160R set a new level of performance, reliability and build quality that had never been seen at its price point. But as times quickly changed and the battle to become the ultimate mid-range paintball marker fiercely raged on it was time to re-enter the ring and dominate the fight once more.

The Planet Eclipse GTek 170r is a replacement, of the GTek 160R hence the name. The Gtek 170r addresses some of the issues people had with the Gtek 160r, like the Air Transfer Pipe. The Pipe is now removed on the 170r and the look is much cleaner. The 170r is still coming with Eclipse's extremely popular GammaCore. The marker is also staying with the same board and solenoid.

With the GTek 170R Planet Eclipse has once again managed to develop a mid-range marker with features of the upper class.
The Bolt principle is based on the "gamma core technology" which has been successfully tested for years. At fabulous 135psi working pressure comes a very efficient, soft and quiet shot.
The SL6 regulator, and the electronics are installed thanks to advanced technology completely in the grip.
The eyes of the GTek 170R are controlled via a light eye pipe, so no cables are necessary!
